A 55 minute one-on-one session with you and one instructor. You will utilize Pilates equipment, including Reformer, tower, EXO Chair, Orbit, and arc. Each session will also incorporate mat work. Private sessions are highly recommended for beginners, clients suffering or recovering from injuries or medical conditions (i.e. Osteopenia/Osteoporosis), pregnant clients, and people who like to have 100% of an instructor's attention. Private sessions are a great way to learn the Pilates method and focus on your personal goals.
Duet Sessions
A 55-minute session with two clients and one instructor. Similar to a private session, you will utilize the Reformer, tower, EXO chair, Orbit, arc, & mat. Duet sessions are an excellent way to experience the personalization of a private session while training with a friend or spouse. It is best for both partners to be at similar levels. Client needs to find their own partner.
Scheduling
All sessions are by appointment only. Please schedule online or contact Blue Sky Pilates to reserve your preferred time (duet and trio clients will need to contact the studio for appointments).
Group Sessions
A 55 minute group session with up to 7 clients and one instructor. You will utilize the Reformer, tower, EXO chair, Orbit, arc, & mat. Group sessions are for clients who do not require customized programs due to an injury or medical condition. Classes are structured by experience:
Beginner: This class is for clients who are new to Pilates and will focus on teaching the Pilates movement principles or foundations and the beginner level exercises on all the apparatus.
Beginner-Intermediate: This class is for clients who have experience with Pilates, are able to perform the beginner level exercises on all the apparatus and are learning or practicing the intermediate level exercises. This is your transition class to the intermediate level.
Intermediate: This class is for clients who have experience with Pilates, have mastered the beginner level exercises, are able to perform the intermediate exercises, and are learning or practicing advanced level exercises on all the apparatus. This is a challenging class!
